Use the qwerty keyboard like a piano keyboard
    e.g.
             w e   t y u   i o   <-- black notes
            a s d f g h j k l ;  <-- white notes

    You can use 'z' and 'x' to go down or up an octave
    and 'c', 'v' to increment or decrement the preset.
