Koala Linux/Raspberry Pi super Alpha

This is a super rough port of koala for linux + raspberry pi. I would really appreciate it if you tried it then let me know whether it works or not using this form

Note: The only way to import sounds at the moment is to drag wavs from the desktop to the pads in koala.

There are 2 builds - one for 64 bit intel machines, one for Raspberry Pi 4 (note, it won't work on previous versions of raspberry pi)
